I’m obsessed with Flow by Pulse. I cannot chug water all day. Between the workouts and being on the go constantly, staying hydrated is vital for me. Flow has key components like chloride (fun fact most hydration supplements skip this), sodium, magnesium, potassium, minimal carbs, most importantly NO FLUFF! Couldn’t recommend a product more. If you know, you know. And if you don’t… now you do.
You know what the worst thing about protein powders? They’ll never be as good as the vanilla swirl from Pulse. This mixes like a dream and tastes like a milkshake. My favorite thing to do with it is make protein cookie dough.Tastes so good I can’t believe it’s protein powder. 10/10 recommend.

Best electrolyte flavor I've had! Tastes like a yellow Gatorade. 10/10 and feeling hydrated.
I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte mixes, and this one is by far my favorite. It dissolves quickly in water, tastes good, and best of all, it has zero sugar without that weird aftertaste a lot of other brands have. I love that I can use it before a workout, during long shifts, or just when I need a hydration boost without worrying about extra calories or sweetness.
Creatine is literally the most underutilized supplement out there. I’ve tried other creatines and I can’t recommend the creatine monohydrate from Pulse enough. I started using it a few months ago and the results speak for themselves. The consistency of the product is easily mixed with whatever type of liquid I want. The difference I’ve noticed physically and mentally are amazing. I love to research and read journal articles about everything medical. If you look into creatine monohydrate and the benefits it has, especially for women, you’ll be mad that you didn’t start it earlier. One of the many reasons I keep coming back to this line of supplements is because they are third party tested, the company is local in my area, and the people who created this line live the life of health and wellness. If you made it to the end of this review and you don’t have it in your cart, you’re doing yourself a disservice and aren’t truly committed to the life you want. Don’t worry, Pulse isn’t going anywhere.
